Superior Motors’ Hearth

The chef of Superior Motors contacted us and requested a hearth that would act as the main cooking station for the restaurant, the centerpiece and workhorse. It features a grill made of .25” steel along with a griddle plate.Depending on the size of the fire and the process, grilling, smoking, etc there are varius spaces to set the cross braces.The baskets are meant to be for roasting above the fires and hooks to smoke ingredients.
